# Permissions

Configure which roles have access to different resources of the application.

> > > > > Clients and resellers are further limited to only viewing and managing domains and mailboxes under their control. Only the administrator role can view all resources.

**Granted** - The role is allowed to access this resource.
**Denied** - The role is denied access to this resource.

| Resource | Description |
|---|---|
| Manage policies | This is where you view and manage content filter policies for each domain or mailbox. |
| Manage spam filter | This is where you can manage the spam filter settings. |
| Manage virus filter | This is where you can manage the virus filter settings. |
| Manage file filter | This is where you can manage the banned file filter settings. |
| Manage header filter | This is where you can manage the bad header filter settings. |
| Manage unchecked | This is where you can manage messages that could not be scanned by the anti-virus scanner. |
| Manage greylisting | This is where you can manage the greylisting settings. |
| Manage quarantine | This is where you can manage quarantined messages. |
| Manage quarantine content | This is where you can view and download quarantined message content. |
| View statistics | This is where you view incoming and outgoing message statistics. |
| View reports | This is where you view reports. |
| View spam report | This is where you view the spam report. |
| View message log | This is where you view your message logs. |
